Head Lettuce

We grow several different varieties of lettuce at the farm.  Availability changes throughout the season, so check here for what varieties we have now.

Mini Red Romaine:  These small heads of romaine lettuce are perfect for one or two and have delicious and crispy hearts.  They are excellent grilled.

Little Gem:  Mini green bib lettuces, similar to the mini romaine, these are excellent grilled.

Red Summer Crisp: Large crunchy leaves, good for wraps or burgers.

Green Butterhead: Soft, buttery leaves, good for wraps or burgers.
