Kohlrabi

Usually eaten raw, but also great sliced and steamed, these are a customer favorite.  We harvest our kohlrabi around the size of a softball.  They are crunchy with a peppery/cabbagy taste.  Carefully cut or peel the outer skin away before eating.  While the leaves are eatable, we usually don't use them.  Bunch of 2.
