Green Beans--these are tender beans with standard green bean flavor. Great raw or cooked.

Yellow Wax Beans--slightly smaller than green beans, with a more delicate flavor and texture.  Great raw or cooked.

Dragon Tongue Beans--an heirloom variety that is extra juicy and tender.  These have great flavor that is "beanier" than regular green beans.  Note that the purple will fade with cooking.  Great raw.
